Services   When a client calls for a file or box the details are entered to our tracking system, which checks ownership of the item before issuing a pick order. The item is picked within minutes and will be delivered within the time frame specified by the customer. Copying We will retrieve and copy individual documents. We will deliver a hard copy or send by fax or electronic transmission. Filing We will collect files from your office and file them into your boxes or active file area at
our warehouse.
Packing and Indexing If required we can put a team into your office to pack your records into boxes and index the contents. Boxes can be security sealed if necessary.
