Records are stored in banker’s boxes. We can advise you on the most efficient way to manage, store and identify various types of files.
 
Upon arrival at Acorn every box/file is electronically scanned as it comes into the warehouse. They are scanned again when they are placed in their secure storage positions so we know they are at their specific destination. Every location in the facility has its own bar-coded address.

 

Our sophisticated tracking system ensures we can locate a box or file within minutes of it being requested. All retrievals from storage locations are scanned to ensure we always know where the item is, even in transit.
